Your feedback will be highly appreciated. I recall reading an article by The New York Times’ Mr. Pogue, widely regarded as a bona fide technology guru.
In that article, he was discussing the response he got from readers about whether or not he should release his current book in electronic form to see how sales of the paperback edition would be affected.
In short, he concluded that he was unconvinced because all the arguments seemed to contradict each other.
And so, he reasoned, that showed it was too risky for him to publish the book online because software pirates would simply have a field day with his book and he would have nothing for his efforts.
That got me thinking. His book was selling in paperback format and he would have published it online if that would increase the sales in bookshops.
That was interesting because my book on philately and postage stamps collecting has been sitting around the servers of Lulu for the past two years.
The closest that I ever got to selling a copy was an order that I placed for two copies that was refunded because Lulu stated that they do not deliver books to Nigeria!
How about that? DHL, UPS, Federal Express, and other major courier service companies have offices just a few minutes drive from my house, you know.
Anyway, back to the drawing board. My topic talked about an experiment. What better way is there for me to give it some extra publicity than to publish my book on this blog site and see how it is received firsthand?
Perhaps, I can score some sales points and also get some Adsense hits? What do I have to lose except to get the book off the Lulu server and onto the humongous Google network?
So, watch out for the serialization of my book, as I had tentatively promised earlier on here.

I want to try a publishing experiment
