What am I on about? I am talking about Yahoo Mail. There used to be a very useful button in every e-mail message advising the account holder that the message is not flagged.
I looked in vain for that option or the usual location of the link when I wanted to mark a message for follow up later on last week.
I loved that standing-out-from-the-crowd feeling and the easy-to-notice flag icon each day I needed to mark a particularly useful message to differentiate it from the deluge of spam and bacon e-mail.
Now it is gone and I do not know why! Could it be that the "This Message Is Not Flagged" link has been removed because the message search engine function in Yahoo is now better?
Does anyone know? Please let me know somehow...Oh, oh...
Hey, eureka...I found it! It is just a dark flag icon on the extreme uppermost left hand part of the message screen.
Placing the cursor over it brings forth the message, "Flag this message" - just before the e-mail message title field
Great... now I can sleep in peace again.
